post synod status of inpariment

I got a chance to listen to most of the debates and arguments and see the draft response that was given to us in the view of the situation. However, if you listen also to Rev Miles, it gives an echo of strength to Dean Andrew’s “short” sharing which is very insightful. This is also echoing that last day’s lunch I got a chance to sit and listen to his point of view. But not the less we all agree we are in a default state of impairment relationship with the Church of England (COE).  With all that is said I have 2 questions: 1. As well all know the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Anglican Consultative Council (ACC) serve as the primary instrument of the unity with the Anglican faith. If we do not recognize them, what is the new instrument that unite us? will it be a new order like GAFCON? Or do we have another like that? does that also means a change in Canon Law? 2.
